Qualifications

• Sales Role Model: track record of B2B sales (2+ years) with strong presentation skills.
• People Person and Coach: build relationships and motivate your team with feedback.
• Trusted Advisor: maintain integrity and deliver on promises.
• Expert Planner: manage time, prioritize tasks, and multitask.
• Two or more years of B2B sales or sales management experience with a strong closing record.
• Military Experience is valued and considered an asset.
• Prior experience leading teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales in your geography and achieving goals.
• Lead your team and ensure Salesforce usage with audit procedures for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates, providing ongoing coaching.
