Job summary

IDEX Fluid Management is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote Fluid Management products to paint retailers, manufacturers, and hardware cooperatives. You will develop strategies to grow sales, perform outbound calls, manage quotes and orders, and support National Account Executives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales in industrial manufacturing and strong communication skills. The role involves CRM use, data accuracy, and targeting strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience with an industrial manufacturer.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of order management.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to generate qualified leads and inform on products.
• Qualify inbound inquiries for Fluid Management products.
• Enter data into CRM and maintain sales pipeline.
• Support order management from quote to delivery.
• Assist National Account Executives with sales administration.
• Forecasts based on market and customer input.
