H-E Parts International is seeking an Inside Sales Manager (Customer Service Manager) in Hibbing, MN to lead component sales for the Dom-Ex group. You will coordinate pricing, manage the CSR team, and interface with procurement, operations, and global divisions to fulfill customer orders and secure profitable revenue.

The role involves upselling, analyzing competitive data, and maintaining margins and on-time deliveries while traveling to mining regions and liaising with internal departments.

Formación

• 4-year degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• 2-5 years’ sales experience within the industry preferred.
• Technical understanding of the product and components.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
• Must have intermediate/advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Internet.
• Experience in marketing through utilization of various strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Support CSR team to achieve inside sales and service objectives by proactive customer communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with inside and external sales teams to capture competitive information and maintain pricing, margins and deliveries.
• Assist pricing in contracts, intercompany, end-user and specialty areas.
• Interact daily with Procurement and Operations.
• Travel as required.
• Promote Dom-Ex product at mining regions and to mining operations.
• Coordinate with inventory and service groups to align flow and priorities.
• Work with global divisions to supply core components.
