Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Regional Parts & Services Sales Manager based out of Virginia, MN to drive aftermarket growth in the MN area. You will own revenue and profitability for Parts & Services, develop strategic account plans, and manage high-impact customer relationships through site visits and business reviews.

You will lead commercial discussions, coordinate with service, product, and operations teams, and leverage CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a mechanical, industrial, or mining-related discipline preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development within mining or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and develop customer portfolios.
• Experience with consultative solution selling and lifecycle offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Parts & Services revenue, growth, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers.
• Manage and grow customer relationships through regular site visits, business reviews, and engagement with customer decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the entire Parts & Services portfolio.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery of customer commitments and sold solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer information, opportunity management, forecasting, and activity reporting.
