The role requires influencing stakeholders, strong ERP/Excel/Power BI skills, and leading price reviews, part setups, and discount tracking with SOX compliance and clear reporting. This position is based in the United States, with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Oracle ERP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and complete quote responses to OEMs, distributors, and regional sales team members.
• Execute quarterly and annual price changes within ERP and communicate updates to customers.
• Set up new parts pricing and reactivate/price inactive parts while maintaining SOX compliance.
• Track sales performance and generate weekly metrics.
• Forecasting and planning activities monthly and quarterly.
