Job summary

Sandvik in Virginia, MN is hiring a Parts & Services Sales Representative to drive revenue growth within the MN AOR. You will manage a defined portfolio, identify opportunities, and deliver commercially aligned solutions with cross-functional support from service, supply chain, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or mining-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in mining/industrial sectors.
• Strong revenue growth and portfolio development ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Parts & Services revenue within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for customers.
• Manage customer relationships through site visits and business reviews.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions.
• Lead pricing, proposals, and service agreement discussions.
