Job summary

Wabtec in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Leader for Mining Aftermarket Parts. You will drive quarterly order bookings, price maintenance, and forecasting, responding to OEMs, distributors, and regional teams with accurate pricing and delivery details.

The role requires influencing stakeholders, strong urgency, and comfort with Oracle ERP, Excel, and related software. Collaboration across IT and sales partners is essential to optimize reporting and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Oracle or other ERP System.
• Knowledgeable about topics such as pricing, on-time delivery, customer service, and gross margin.

Responsibilities

• Respond to OEM customers, distributors, and regional teams with timely, accurate quotes.
• Execute quarterly and annual price changes within ERP and communicate changes to customers.
• Set up new parts pricing and reactivate pricing for inactive parts while ensuring SOX controls.
• Track sales performance across accounts and regions.
• Generate weekly metrics reporting progress toward targets.
• Forecasting and planning on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Administer customer rebate programs and ensure compliance with packages and LTAs.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Engineering, and Services to resolve inquiries.
• Partner with IT to implement Power BI solutions to reduce manual workloads.
