Job summary

Wabtec seeks an Inside Sales Leader for Mining Aftermarket Parts to drive order bookings, price maintenance, and forecasting. The role involves responding to inquiries from OEMs, distributors, and regional teams, and leading price review processes.

Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential to manage pricing, parts setup, and discount tracking. The position requires collaboration with IT for Power BI reporting and ensuring compliance with SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Knowledgeable about pricing, on-time delivery, customer service and gross margin.
• Experience responding to OEM RFQs and managing price changes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to OEM customer inquiries, RFQs, and price inquiries with accurate pricing and delivery information.
• Lead quarterly and annual price changes within ERP and communicate to customers.
• Set up new parts pricing and reactivate pricing for inactive parts while maintaining SOX compliance.
• Track sales performance and generate weekly metrics toward targets.
• Forecasting and planning activities on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Administer customer rebate programs and ensure compliance with program requirements.
