Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership in inside sales or call center.
• Proven ability to coach and performance‑manage a team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer retention.
• Experience with data analysis and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or fiber industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales/retention processes across channels.
• Monitor activity, retention, and conversion rates.
• Evaluate interactions through monitoring and quality scoring.
• Address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure coverage.
• Conduct one‑on‑one meetings and coaching sessions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and sales training.
• Develop performance improvement plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
