Job summary

First American in California is seeking a sales leadership professional to lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance goals. This hands-on role requires real-time coaching, accountability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities include guiding sales strategy, training, monitoring performance, and maintaining a positive, productive environment while ensuring compliance and call-center efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of inbound/outbound call center sales supervisory experience.
• Telesales experience with coaching for higher lead/call conversion rates and retention.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate diverse personalities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales, conversion, productivity, and call center goals.
• Coach on discovery, customer needs, building product value, closing and handling objections.
• Monitor calls and performance; provide frequent coaching and feedback to translate into improved performance.
• Maximize outbound opportunities, keep reps engaged, and maintain sales momentum.
• Collaborate with Training, QA, Workforce Management, HR and other partners to support the team.
