You will coach in real time, shape the sales process, and drive performance with direct visibility to senior leadership.

You will develop scripts, refine playbooks, own key metrics, maintain CRM data quality, and partner with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading an inside sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Data-driven with forecasting experience.
• CRM experience and sales process knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team.
• Own team performance, revenue, conversion, and quality metrics.
• Conduct call coaching, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Build and refine scripts, sales processes, and playbooks.
• Use KPIs and reporting to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Maintain CRM processes, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Help build a high-accountability, high-performance sales culture.
