Job summary

Professional Alternatives in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Manager of Inside Sales to build and lead a high‑volume inside sales team for a fast‑growing home services business. You will coach in real time, shape the sales process, and drive performance with direct visibility to senior leadership.

You will develop scripts, refine playbooks, own key metrics, maintain CRM data quality, and partner with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading an inside sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Data-driven with forecasting experience.
• CRM experience and sales process knowledge.

• Proven success hitting team sales targets ?
• Strong coaching and people-development skills ?
• Data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting ?
• CRM experience and strong sales process knowledge ?
• Confident communicator who can work effectively with both leadership and sales teams ??
• Home services, energy, telecom, insurance, or similar experience is a plus ?
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus ?
