Rexel USA in Greeley, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Lead to join our Rexel team. This role focuses on proactive inside sales via phone/email to grow profitable sales, maintain customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and mentor inside sales reps.

The Inside Sales Lead will train staff, use digital tools, prospect new accounts in a defined territory, and report on market trends. Experience in customer service or sales within electrical distribution is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED required.
• Knowledge of product and application related to electrical distribution.

Responsabilités

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specs, and payment terms; offer substitutes where appropriate.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Help train and mentor Inside Sales Representatives.
• Utilize company tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products; answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships; handle complex customers.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives; close orders and resolve issues with root-cause analysis.
• Process quotations/proposals and follow up throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Gather and report on market trends, pricing, products, and competitors to management.
• Participate in product meetings and training to maintain knowledge.
