Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Lead to join our team in Greeley, CO. The role focuses on proactive inside sales and marketing efforts to increase profitable sales, while establishing customer relationships and mentoring Inside Sales Representatives.

You will process quotes and orders, pursue product knowledge, and prospect for organic growth within an existing customer base, while coordinating with outside sales as needed and reporting market insights to management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, terms, and substitutions.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Train and mentor Inside Sales Representatives.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, and increase product sales.
• Prospect for new accounts in the assigned territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
• Prepare quotations and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
• Report on market trends, pricing, products and competitors.
