Job summary

Mettler Toledo in the U.S. Massachusetts area is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to partner with Field Sales Representatives, qualify opportunities and coordinate quotations. You will manage CRM records in SAP and support multiple internal teams to resolve issues and drive orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or a related sales role.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and sales opportunities.
• Experience preparing quotations/proposals and maintaining CRM records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM/SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales Representatives to support sales activities, account penetration and customer growth.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, understand customer requirements and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, sales documents and follow-up communications.
• Review customer requirements and support technical order reviews and quotation activities.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for Field Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in SAP or other CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Field Sales teams to review account strategy and support needs.
