Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and respond accurately
• Ability to resolve problems through interaction with other departments
• Ability to handle a steady volume of calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Computer data entry experience
• Willingness and ability to comprehend technical training

Responsibilities

• Process order flow by examining incoming orders and validating data accuracy
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to support account growth and opportunities
• Maintain CRM tasks and pipeline with timely updates
• Assist with billing disputes in collaboration with external collections
• Provide customer liaison support and maintain professional relationships
• Complete professional customer quotations and pre-sales activities
• Support entry of complex orders and ensure accurate data in CRM
• Collaborate with Data Steward to maintain CRM database accuracy
• Handle 60% customer-facing duties and 40% sales support activities
• Background in Pharma, Semiconductors, Food & Beverage or similar business environments
