Job summary

Townsquare Interactive, LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in our Uptown office. You will drive daily activity, craft strategies to exceed new-business targets, and ensure a strong prospect experience from first contact to close.

You'll coach reps, conduct regular one-on-ones, align sales efforts with company objectives, and track KPIs using Salesforce and other tools in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in inside sales with leadership experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team through ongoing training, call coaching, and performance management.
• Drive daily sales activity and accountability to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Provide strong, motivating leadership that helps reps maximize every conversation and improve conversion rates.

• Track, analyze, and report on team performance and KPIs to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do:
