Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services seeks a Sales-based Family Service Advisor to guide families through funeral planning in a faith-centered setting. You will balance compassionate care with consultative conversations and honor Catholic traditions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.
