Alba Ministries is seeking a Location Manager to lead Calvary Cemetery in Youngstown, OH, guiding daily operations with a family-first, compassionate approach. You will coach a team, oversee planning ahead for families, manage staff with dignity, and live our Catholic mission while ensuring excellent service and strong financial stewardship.

• Base salary: $65,000

• 4-5 years of leadership experience, ideally overseeing performance based team members
• An interest in representing and leading an organization rooted in Catholic values
• A proven record of developing teams and meeting or exceeding goals
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills
• The ability to oversee multiple functions with excellence
• Warm, clear communication, written and verbal
• Comfort with software and technology
