Spirax-Sarco Ltd. seeks an Associate Technical Sales Engineer to join our Inside Sales team within the Electric Heat Trace Division. You will translate customer needs into engineered heat trace and control solutions, preparing technical proposals and driving value for our customers.

Based in La Vergne, TN, you will collaborate across departments to resolve inquiries, support quotes, and ensure accurate orders while delivering world-class service throughout pre- and post-order phases.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other degrees considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop engineered solutions for customers by understanding their applications and preparing technical proposals.
• Help develop cost-effective solutions for customers' heat trace and control applications while ensuring satisfaction pre- and post-order.
• Serve as liaison between customer and organization to resolve concerns; drive sales growth and follow up on quotes.
• Enter orders accurately while adhering to policy, price guidelines and lead times.
