Job summary

SPX is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead technical Inside Sales and application engineering for Electric Heat HVAC and Industrial applications. You will shape strategy, build scalable processes, and drive high-quality customer experiences across brands and geographies.

You will coach teams, manage quotations and complex applications, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to close opportunities while enhancing channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales or engineering roles.
• Hands-on in applications, quotations, projects.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• HVAC or industrial equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define Inside Sales strategy and accountability for HVAC/Industrial segments.
• Lead and develop application engineers and Inside Sales resources.
• Manage customer experience from inquiry to order transition.
• Oversee quotation preparation, pricing inputs, and submittals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops.
• Support product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
