Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other degrees considered.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium solutions that are efficient and profitable for customers and the business; review price options.
• Maintain proficiency in business systems, product lines, and underlying engineering principles.
• Drive sales growth and follow up with customers on quotes.
• Enter orders accurately while adhering to policy and lead times.
• Follow up on assigned sales leads promptly.
• Process requests for customer material returns.
• Provide world-class customer service and respond to inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with all departments to optimize customer applications and resolve concerns.
• Escalate business risks as needed.
• Verify contract information on POs and ensure product requirements are defined at order time.
