Job summary

RNInk is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a 12-person team and become an expert for select market segments within casting and machining. You will service client needs, develop quotes, and drive sales across aerospace, defense, and industrial equipment markets.

You will work closely with field and territory sales to grow business, manage multiple accounts, and shepherd projects through the entire sales cycle with limited travel (quarterly on average).

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role with customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer parts.
• Act as account manager to increase sales and address client needs.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow the business (75% existing, 20% upsell, 5% new).
• Manage projects through the sales cycle and coordinate with all departments.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter on average.
