Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12 and become an expert in our clients’ business sectors, including petrochemical, defense, aerospace and industrial equipment. You will develop quotes, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with field and territory sales to grow revenue.

Travel is limited to about once per quarter. Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering and at least 2+ years in a technically oriented,

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs.
• Work with field sales and territory sales to increase sales; 75% existing clients, 20% up-sell, 5% new business development.
• Projects across the sales cycle and coordination with all departments to accomplish tasks.
• Limited travel, about once per quarter.
