Hire Consulting Services seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12 and become an expert in clients’ business needs, driving sales and delivering tailored solutions. You will manage existing accounts, respond to inquiries, and work with field and territory sales to expand relationships.

The role emphasizes communication, project ownership, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with a customer-facing track record.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.

Aufgaben

• Develop quotes and proposals for parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for customers to increase sales and address questions.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow the business; ~75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business.
• Lead projects through the sales cycle and coordinate with departments.
