SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12, focusing on a market segment and becoming an expert in clients’ business to better serve their needs and drive sales. Their training is excellent, and they set you up for success.

Client markets include petrochemical, defense, aerospace and industrial equipment industries. You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and work with field and territory teams to grow revenue.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering and customer facing work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a technically oriented role (casting, machining, metal or materials process operation)
• Strong communication, verbal and written, with ability to reach out by phone and respond to customers

Responsabilidades

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs and get them answers to their questions
• Work in conjunction with field sales and territory sales to increase sales and grow the business. 75% of the work is existing clients, 20% is seeking new business from existing clients and 5% is new business development
• Much of the work is done on a project basis and you will see it through the entire sales cycle
• Interface with all departments and levels within the company to effectively accomplish your work
• Limited travel, once per quarter on average
