SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join a team of 12 and become an expert in your clients’ business to serve their needs and grow sales across petrochemical, defense, aerospace, and industrial equipment markets. Training is excellent and sets you up for success.

You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and collaborate with field/territory sales to drive revenue. Travel is limited to about quarterly; a BS in a technical field and 2+ years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with customer-facing experience.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role (e.g., casting, machining, metals).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for the parts the customer wants.
• Be an account manager for your customers to increase sales and serve their needs and get them answers to their questions.
• Work with field sales and territory sales to increase sales and grow the business; 75% existing clients, 20% expansion, 5% new business development.
• Project-based work through the entire sales cycle.
• Interface with all departments and levels within the company to accomplish tasks.
• Limited travel, about quarterly on average.
