Henderson Group is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Milwaukee to become an expert for clients in the petrochemical, defense, aerospace and industrial equipment markets. You will develop quotes, manage accounts, and collaborate with field and territory sales to drive growth.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering with a track record of customer-facing work.
• 2+ years in a technically oriented role, preferably casting, machining, metal or materials process operation.
• Strong communication skills and a drive to grow with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotes and generate proposals for customer parts.
• Manage accounts to increase sales and respond to customer questions.
• Collaborate with field and territory sales to grow the business (75% existing clients, 20% upsell, 5% new business).
• Lead projects through the sales cycle and coordinate with all departments.
