Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an accomplished Inside Sales leader to build and scale a high-impact division from the ground up. You will work onsite in Dallas, TX, partnering with Field Sales and executives to drive company-wide growth, analytics, and performance, while shaping a winning culture through coaching and development.

The role requires 10+ years in sales, 5+ in management, and a proven track record of scaling revenue with Excel-driven insights and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in sales, including 5+ years in sales management.
Experience managing sales operations with annual revenue of $150M+.
Proven builder of scaled or transformed sales divisions with measurable impact.
Excel expert with pivot tables, XLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH, dashboards.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and strategy to make Inside Sales a primary growth engine.
Lead, coach, and develop a geographically diverse team of Inside Sales Representatives and leaders.
Partner with Field Sales leadership and executives to align strategy and drive results.
Create scalable reporting, dashboards, and forecasts tracking performance.
Plan staffing, technology, and infrastructure to scale.
Share the division's progress with senior leadership.
