Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a visionary Inside Sales leader to scale our fast-growing division at the Dallas, TX headquarters. You will craft strategy, build and coach a diverse team, and partner with Field Sales to drive company-wide growth and performance.

You're a proven builder with 10+ years of sales, 5+ years in management, and an Excel expert comfortable with advanced analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Experience managing sales operations with annual revenue of $150M or more.
• An Excel expert with pivot tables, XLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, macros/VBA, dashboards, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy that makes Inside Sales a primary growth engine for Groundworks
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically diverse team of Inside Sales Representatives and sales leaders
• Partner with Field Sales leadership and executives to align strategy and drive results
• Create scalable reporting, dashboards, and forecasts that track division, team, and individual performance
• Set big goals, hold the team accountable, and keep finding smarter ways to work
• Plan for the staffing, technology, and infrastructure needed to scale
• Share the story of the division’s progress and performance with senior leadership
