Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical certification/licensure with 2–4 years related experience.
• 3+ years Customer Service or inside sales experience in technical or life science preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Sage ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and invoices with accuracy.
• Update order statuses in the ERP system and monitor open orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Maintain organized filing and clerical duties.
