Job summary

IP Corporation in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to manage customer interactions, process orders, and resolve issues with independence and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.

You will maintain CRM data, enter orders in ERP with high accuracy, monitor status, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries. Strong communication and ERP/CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of customer service and/or account management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; extensive experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate customer data and account details in CRM systems.
• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with high accuracy.
• Monitor order status and communicate changes, delays, or concerns.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
