Job summary

MGC Diagnostics in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an Inside Sales Associate - Regional Sales to drive growth of UltraCare support plans and FeNom Flo, GoSpiro, and other small system solutions by engaging customers via phone and email.

You will quote, coordinate orders, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regional sales targets while adhering to compliance and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of cardiopulmonary physiology and related markets is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software to track leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers via phone and email to drive renewals and new sales.
• Identify needs, quote consumables and small-system options, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate proposals for FeNom Flo, GoSpiro and UltraCare plans.
• Record interactions and opportunities in Salesforce; maintain pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and meet service-level expectations.
