Job summary

Innovize & Xcel Scientific in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, address concerns, and advocate for customers while managing active parts and ensuring timely payments.

You will lead post-sale activities, coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams, manage orders, quotes, dates, shipments, and documentation, while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving revenue.

Qualifications

• Associates to Bachelor Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and CRM systems.
• Experience in a production-based environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key activities in process for a customer, including follow-ups and timely resolution.
• Be main point of contact for customer issues and deliver updates promptly.
• Manage projects with Innovize Project Manager, BDM, and all functional teams.
• Liaise cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage part configuration, change control, and customer documentation.
• Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Develop knowledge of Innovize production capabilities.
• Manage customer orders, quotes, dates, shipment information, and remove roadblocks.
• Enter and manage customer complaint cases and returns, and manage expiring materials.
• Review, correct, and confirm acceptance of Customer Purchase Orders within 48 hours.
• Communicate daily with Customer, Sales, & Operations to ensure schedules meet requirements.
• Attend meetings and document outcomes in CRM.
• Assist in gathering information for customer requests, project status, and pricing decisions.
