CSDS Branding in Anaheim is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales representative to manage inbound inquiries, build relationships, and drive sales growth. You will be the primary contact for customers while supporting branch sales through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, achieving sales targets, and promoting CSDS offerings in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service, inside sales, sales support, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Excellent phone presence and customer engagement skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics.
• CRM experience is an asset.
• Construction, surveying, utility, engineering, GIS, or technology industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all interactions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, e-commerce, and walk-in traffic.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted resource.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Support branch revenue goals by promoting new products and promotions.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Qualify inbound leads and coordinate opportunities with outside sales reps.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and expanding relationships.
• Maintain consistent contact with customers to identify upcoming projects.
