Position Summary

CSDS is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Associate to join our Pleasanton team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and helping customers find solutions to their business challenges. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while supporting branch sales growth through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, account development, and product promotion.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all customer interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, e-commerce, and walk-in traffic.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted resource for their equipment and technology needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling products, services, rentals, training, and support programs.
• Support branch revenue goals by promoting new products, special programs, and manufacturer promotions.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, open opportunities, and inactive accounts.
