Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. seeks a customer service representative to provide outstanding support to customers and staff at our Anaheim location. You will handle inquiries by phone, in person, and in writing, route questions to sales when needed, and process orders accurately at the counter and by phone.

The role emphasizes product knowledge in building materials, strong communication, and professional presentation in a fast-paced office environment with potential overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to self‑manage and interact comfortably with the public.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone, face‑to‑face, and written customer communications.
• Greet customers and determine problems, orders, or reasons for calling.
• Identify when to route questions to sales staff.
• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Use company computer systems for order entry.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Maintain a clean and properly stocked showroom.
