Qualifications

It is a service and sales support position with no cold calling or direct selling. Reporting to the senior inside sales and customer service team member, the representative will be a reliable point of contact for order questions, shipping updates, and day-to-day customer needs. • Ability to manage several requests at once and follow each through to resolution.
