Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred with 1–2 years in customer service or inside sales.
• Attention to detail and comfort using an order management system; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Clear communication and dependable approach to customer support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests to add items to orders, check shipping timing, and provide tracking information.
• Enter and update orders in Epicor, keeping customers informed.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to resolve order or delivery questions.
• Follow up on open requests and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist with trade show booth coverage if interested and available.
