Qualifications

• CRM software knowledge and familiarity with the sales process.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative.

Responsibilities

• Greet shop walk-ins, answer client phone calls, and respond to inquiries with a warm, helpful attitude.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to keep daily orders running smoothly.
• Guide customers through visual product options to find the best solutions.
• Handle multitasking and adapt to changing shop priorities with positive energy.
• Build customer relationships with existing clients via phone, email, or other channels to encourage repeat business.
• Close deals by upselling to achieve optimal terms.
• Maintain the customer database with current and potential client information.
• Track sales cycle progress monthly and quarterly to meet acquisition goals.
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and meet client needs.

• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
• Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met

Compensation

$16 - $19 hourly
