FASTSIGNS North Orlando is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to guide customers from inquiry through project completion, offering signage and visual communication solutions. It is a relationship-based sales role focusing on listening, follow-up, and timely quotes, not a high-pressure call center.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and hybrid flexibility based on performance. Training and path to senior roles are provided within a collaborative team.

FASTSIGNS North Orlando is looking for a personable, organized, and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.

Our customers come to us because they need help bringing an idea to life—whether that means a sign, banner, vehicle graphic, wall graphic, display, or another visual communication project. You will help them understand what they need, recommend the right solution, and keep the project moving from the first conversation through completion.

This is not a high‑pressure call‑center position. It is a relationship‑based sales role where good listening, clear communication, and consistent follow‑up matter.

What You’ll Do

• Be one of the first points of contact for phone calls, emails, website leads, walk‑ins, referrals, and repeat customers
• Ask thoughtful questions about the customer’s goals, budget, and timeline
• Recommend signage and visual communication solutions
• Prepare quotes and estimates for routine projects
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities
• Keep customers updated throughout the design, production, and installation process
• Work closely with the design, production, installation, and sales teams
• Keep customer information and follow‑up tasks updated in the FASTSIGNS CRM
• Look for opportunities to earn repeat business, referrals, and additional sales
• Take ownership of customer relationships from the initial inquiry through the completed project

Compensation & Schedule

• $18 an hour
• Uncapped commission and performance incentives

• Initial schedule: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Hybrid flexibility may be earned through consistent performance

This position reports jointly to the Sales Manager.
