Quick USA Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support sales activities in Addison, Illinois. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and overseas offices to ensure smooth logistics and invoicing processes.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree, and strong English communication. Typical hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with salary in the $24–$28 per hour range.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales staff and maintain customer accounts and SOPs.
• Handle customer and business inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotations for customers and provide rates to other branches and overseas offices.
• Assist with bookings, documentation, customs clearance, delivery, and warehouse coordination.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, overseas offices, and agents to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with invoicing and account-related administrative tasks; support credit checks and terms for new customers.
• Attend sales meetings and occasionally visit customers.

Position

Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Summary

This position supports sales activities within the assigned territory and handles customer requests and inquiries. The role involves providing quotations, maintaining customer accounts, supporting logistics operations, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and overseas offices.

Essential Duties

• Support sales staff and maintain customer accounts and SOPs
