Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years inside sales or customer service in industrial safety or environmental industries.
• 2+ years outside sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Travel willingness a must.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of Company products and services.
• Direct interaction with customers and act as first point of contact.
• Manage accounts and ensure orders meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to fulfill orders.
• Answer incoming calls and process quotes and orders promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in system.
• Build relationships and meet customer needs timely.
• Assist receptionist during breaks as needed.
