• Enter, review and edit customer purchase orders received by fax, email, EDI or mail.
• Provide timely order status updates and assist with product selection and replacements.
• Respond to customer and sales agency inquiries by phone or email.
• Coordinate shipping, cancellations, and post-shipment activities as needed.
