Job summary

CW Solutions is seeking a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. You will convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business, closing deals with a focus on completing goals.

As a driven, hard-working professional, you will manage the sales process, nurture client relationships, and leverage CRM tools to track progress and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of the sales process and CRM software.
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative.

Responsibilities

• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business.
• Follow up with existing customers via phone or email to generate repeat business.
• Upsell to close deals that maximize value.
• Track sales progress monthly and quarterly to meet acquisition goals.
• Maintain the customer database with accurate client information.

Compensation:

$150,000

Responsibilities:

• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
• Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
