Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Wilmington, NC to assist customers at the counter and over the phone. You will process orders, provide product recommendations, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

Responsibilities include entering orders, generating invoices, and supporting showroom and basic warehouse tasks. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1+ years inside sales experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers all day.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred: 1+ years inside sales experience; familiarity with pool supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommends products based on customer needs and product availability.
• Restocks showroom merchandise and supports warehouse duties as needed.
