Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, Inc. in DePere, WI is hiring a Parts and Customer Support role to handle quotes, fulfill parts orders, and ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

You will respond to calls and emails, troubleshoot parts questions with manuals, and support snowplows, truck equipment, and upfit projects while collaborating with the Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into the system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred) plus 6+ months of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions , andpercentages.
• Word processing, E-mail, Order processing, Inventory, Manufacturing software, Database software

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
• Work with Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into system for build.
