MONROE TRUCK EQUIPMENT, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in DePere Wisconsin, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the full sales process from quotes to fulfillment and delivery. The role focuses on ensuring an excellent customer experience across product lines including snowplows and upfits.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree and at least 6 months of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common office software.

• Associate degree (preferred) plus 6+ months of experience and/or training or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
• Word processing, email, order processing, inventory, manufacturing and database software knowledge.

• Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer needs using descriptions and parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines and work with Outside Sales to prepare quotes and process jobs into the system.

Inside Sales Coordinator

Position

Supports all facets of the sale process from quoting, to fulfilling parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work, to delivery of product to the customer. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.

• Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
• Work with Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into system for build.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred) plus 6+ months of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to effectively presentinformation and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, andpercentages.
• Word processing, E-mail, Order processing, Inventory, Manufacturing software, Database software
