Job summary

MONROE TRUCK EQUIPMENT, located in Marshfield, WI, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support the full sales process, from quoting to fulfilling parts and delivering products to customers.

The role emphasizes customer experience, collaboration with outside sales, and handling quotes and order processing for various product lines including snowplows and truck equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with 6+ months experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines including wear parts and upfit work; coordinate with outside sales for quotes and builds.

Inside Sales Representative

Position (onsite)

Supports all facets of the sale process from quoting, to fulfilling parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work, to delivery of product to the customer. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and inquiries for parts and follow-up as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
• Work with Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into system for build.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (preferred) plus 6+ months of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Word processing, E-mail, Order processing, Inventory, Manufacturing software, Database software
