Job summary

MONROE TRUCK EQUIPMENT in De Pere, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales process from quoting to parts orders and delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The role partners with Outside Sales to prepare quotes, process jobs in the system, and assist customers with parts, warranties, and service needs. Associate degree preferred with 6+ months experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred with 6+ months of experience or training.
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Troubleshoot customer needs by description and reference parts manuals to provide solutions.
• Support all product lines including snowplows, snow & ice, truck equipment, accessories, and commercial upfit work.
• Work with Outside Sales Team to prepare quotes and process jobs into system for build.

Position

Supports all facets of the sale process from quoting, to fulfilling parts orders for jobs, repairs, and warranty work, to delivery of product to the customer. This position is also responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Associate degree (preferred) plus 6+ months of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not necessary.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
